SEABHS Notice to Patients

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.  No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.  We have a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.  Please inquire at the reception desk to apply.

La Frontera – SEABHS provides language and communication assistance to all members with limited English proficiency (LEP). Language services, including interpretation and translation services are provided at no cost to the member.
